On Saturday, I bought a dozen fresh peaches. Today I made a fresh peach pie for Spencer. I have to admit that I really enjoyed baking it. The peaches were so fragrant and so yummy...it's amazing any made it into the pie. Here's a great recipe if you feel the urge to bake a pie!

I love peach pie and usually make one at least once a year. I actually debated making one last weekend for Sunday dinner. Perhaps this next Sunday will be my annual "Peach Pie Day". This recipe sounds delicious!
