Ethan awakened Friday night with THE dreadful barking cough. Just as I thought he was getting over a cold, it turned into Croup. Poor kid. We still had my family (cousins and all) over to our home Saturday morning for blueberry pancakes and an Easter Egg hunt. It was crazy, and fun. Sunday morning Spencer and Ethan headed off to church. They didn't last long. Ethan had a good 4 hour nap that day.
Poor Ellen has had a cold for the past 2 weeks! It has been so sad. This poor girl is so weak that even a cold is hard on her little body. We have had to use her cough-assist and suction several times a day because she just can't cough the mucus out by herself or manage the secretions in her mouth. We will travel back to PCMC this weekend again for more tests and follow-up visits. Hopefully all will go well.

Those pictures are precious! I'm so sorry your kids have been sick. I hope everything goes smoothly at PCMC this weekend. She is so beautiful, and little Ethan is just adorable - croup and all. We love you guys.

Little Ellen's been sick on top of everything else? How sad!! I hope she'll get better quickly, and Ethan, too. She looks so sweet and pretty in the pictures. A perfect little doll. We love her! Let us know how the hospital trip goes.
